What is The Floofy Dog?
The Floofy Dog is an online pup shop, stocked with curated products that you and your pup will enjoy everyday!
Where are the products sourced from?
All of our products that we have, are sourced from other small businesses and specialty shops. We carefully select products that will make you and your pup happy!
Do you support small businesses?
We do! We order all of our product straight from other small businesses. We are supporting the real men and women behind these small businesses and in return you are supporting us by buying these products from our shop. In the end we keep reordering from these businesses and keep supporting each other.
How does sizing work?
Since we carry multiple brands here on our site, sizing may vary from product to product. Please refer to sizing charts located with each product listing.
What happens if a certain product is out of stock?
Since we source our products from other small businesses, there is no guarantee that these products will come back into stock as they are limited in quantities or limited editions.
How often do you restock the site?
We try to maintain a stock store every 1 - 2 weeks. Due to the global supply issue, some products may stay out of stock for a little bit until they arrive.

What is your return policy?
Our return period is 14 days from when the customer's package is marked delivered. Please refer to our return policy page located at the bottom of the website for further information.
What if I want to change or cancel my order
Unfortunately, once you place an order, we cannot change or cancel the order once placed. Be sure to always double check the shipping information and all sizes and designs you like before checking out.
What happens if my package says "DELIVERED" but I don't have it?
If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, then you would have to contact USPS to start a claim. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier.
How does shipping work?

What shipping carrier do you use?
We currently use USPS as it is the fastest and cheapest way to send packages within the U.S and Canada. Customers will also receive tracked shipping on all packages.
Taxes and Duties?
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties upon arrive of the package outside of the U.S.
Why cannot I return items if I live outside of the U.S?
The reason why we don't accept returns outside of the U.S is because it will cost you, the customer, and us, The Floofy Dog, extra money to send between borders.
The Floofy Dog does not cover any charges that may apply upon arrival of the package.
