Returns

Before placing an order, make sure to always measure twice.

Please email us at henlo@thefloofydog.com before returning.

Be sure to include your full name and order number and the reason why you need to return.

If you need to return items, we understand and we happily accept your returns. Please take note of the following criteria before returning items:

-Items are to be returned and postmarked within the 14 return day period of when the package is delivered.

-Be sure to include your order number, full name and email.

-ALL items must be returned unworn, with original packaging, unwashed, pup hair and smell free.

-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs of the package back to The Floofy Dog.

-If the above criteria is not met upon inspection of said items, then the customer will not receive the refund for the items.

Once you contacted our support team, our team will send you an email detailing the instructions to return items.

Please allow us 1 - 3 business days to process your returns.

Once we have inspected your items and the items have met the criteria listed above, we will refund the amount paid, back to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Please Note: refunds may take 24 - 48 hrs to process.

For international customers outside of the U.S, we unfortunately cannot accept returns as it may cost you, the customer, more money to return items back to us.

Remember! The Floofy Dog is not responsible for any taxes and duties, that may be added upon arrival outside of the U.S.
