Please note, customers outside of the U.S are responsible for all taxes and duties upon package arrival. The Floofy Dog does not cover taxes and duties.

The Floofy Dog is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If this occurs, then please contact USPS for further information.

1 - 3 Business Days to process orders.

3 - 5 Business Days on high volume holidays.

1 - 3 Business Days

First Class

2 - 5 Business Days

We use USPS to ship our packages.

All orders will receive a confirmation number once placed.

Once your package has been shipped, then you will receive a tracking number for your package to your email provided.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time.

We are trying to figure out cheaper shipping rates for you so you don't have to pay a lot of money.

International-

We don't currently ship outside of the U.S at this time!
